Happy New Year?

Dear Friends,

I don’t think any of us are sad to leave 2020 in the past. I’m still not sure if I will celebrate the New Year or sleep through the little puff of dust that remains of the old one.

All of that to say, our little blogging group is taking two weeks off to recuperate and nap. We’ll be back January 18th to astonish and delight, as always.

We pray your 2021 is richly blessed by our King in Glory, Jesus the coolest of the cool, the most marvelous of the awesomest of them all. Put your own superlatives in the comments if ya feel like lifting him up.

Misha McCorkle is an artist, a scholar, and a lover of stories. While working towards her master’s degree in the Old Testament, it occurred to her how important stories are to the growth and maturation of God’s people. They broaden our limited worldview and engage the unfamiliar depths of God’s riches scattered throughout every linguistic and geographical existence.
