It’s March, y’all. Can you believe it? We are 3 months into 2020.
Spring is just around the corner. I love spring because it’s the time of new beginnings.
I love March because that’s when I attend the Midsouth Christian Writers’ Conference.
It is so informative and so much fun!
The Storyteller Squad has some great posts coming up in March. Here is a quick sample.
Wednesday Writing Tips
- Burt is going to share some tips on writing for kids and explore why we should write for kids.
- Gretchen is going to give us some tips on writing engaging characters that the reader won’t forget, and Tracy is going to talk about the rest of the systems of the human body in relation to the stages of writing.
- Jill is going to list helpful websites for new writers.
I’m looking forward to each of these posts.
Monday Motivation
- To motivate us on Monday, Kristen is going to write about how resting and taking a break can recharge our creativity.
- Michelle McCorkle plans to reach out to her students and find out what they are reading these days.
Friday Book Talk
Julane is reading Smack Dab in the Middle of Maybe by Jo Watson Hackl, and Victoria is reading Pretty in Punxsutawney.
We can expect a book review on each of these books.
Gretchen is reading The War That Saved My Life. She says it’s supposed to be a great book for boys.
Our newest member, Michelle Welsh, will be reviewing Kaleidoscope Girl by Shelbi Mae.
