Hello there! My name is Julia but if you are reading this you probably already knew that. I’m a homeschooled pastor’s kid which translates into I’m a geeky girl who knows a thing or two about Lord of the Rings and the bible.
As a young girl growing up in a Christian home, I loved reading and watching movies, but many stories seemed to have the same problem. They were too graphic and full of false ideas. That’s when I discovered Christian Fantasy/Speculative fiction and fell in love with the exciting plotlines that stayed true to the Bible and my sense of adventure. So here I am more than a decade and a half later creating my own stories and hoping someone will read them and exclaim, “Wow! I needed that adventure.”
I want everyone to know that even when you feel alone in your struggles remember you are a child of the King of kings and straighten your crown.
When I’m not daydreaming about knights and dragons, I’m either creating things out of epoxy resin or snuggling up on the couch with a good book next to my husband, who is my knight in shining armor. We live with a fluffy twenty-pound cat named Aslan and his two brothers C.J. and Pippin who are not *quite* as large.
